  • Trulstech Group - the owner of Biomimetic Technology Ltd - (the UK R&D chemical laboratory company) - has decided to sell the IP concerning MHE®FF & MHE®PFF - the costefficient, non-toxic, eco-friendly, in nature biodegradable, sustainable product development of fire fighters - both active and preventive ditto, in compensation for a most modest capital injection.(see below "Option 2.")

    Trulstech Group, also has decided to sell the IP concerning the sustainable MHE® product technology development with focus on fire retardant treatment of synthetic host materials, polymer, plastic and fibre ditto. (see below "Option 1.")

    Option 1.

    Due to Covid-19 pandemic, and the lack of businesses, Biomimetic Technology Ltd - the UK R&D chemical laboratory company requires a capital injection to keep the business up-and-running.
    In an effort to raise working capital, Biomimetic has developed a business solution that should be appealing to potential stakeholders of the non-toxic MHE® technology product development (IP & Patents), aimed for treatment of synthetic materials - polymer, plastic and fibre materials.

    1.) The British company Yaaparra Ltd - 100% owned by Biomimetic Technology Ltd.
    2.) Yaaparra Ltd has a tax deduction of £ 263,439 GBP to be used
    3.) MHE® technology product development is a part of Yaaparra Ltd
    4.) Yaaparra Ltd is offered for sale to a price of £ 300,000 GBP
    5.) The buyer of Yaaparra Ltd might sell the MHE Technology Ltd to the buyer's main company.
    6.) After the selling, the new owner of Yaaparra Ltd now is able to use the tax deduction of £ 263,439 GBP from HMRC - tax refund.

    Then new owner has then paid (£ 320,000 - £ 263,439) = £ 36, 561 GBP, ($ 45,100 USD)(€ 42,000 Euro) to become the owner of the MHE® technology product development
    - the cost-efficient, non-toxic, eco-friendly, in nature biodegradable chemical additives, aimed for synthetic materials, primarily.

    The sales include developed formulas regarding, for example; PU-foam (MDI/TDI), PU-resin, PVC-film, soft PVC, PVC-resin, Polyester, Polyamide, EPDM-rubber etc.
    PU-foam respectively PVC-film have been tested by the Swedish accredited fire safety test institute RISE (www.ri.se) in accordance with the European fire safety standard regarding construction materials.

    Biomimetic sales model is a great "win-win" business opportunity to get the absolute non-toxic, eco-friendly, in nature biodegradable chemical additives aimed for synthetic material treatment.
    The buyer gets the complete MHE® technology product development with all the know-how and IP etc..
    The MHE® technology product development of non-toxic chemical compositions, taken place during the last 10-15 years, hereby is offered for less than one year chemical laboratory employee cost.

    Due to Covid-19 pandemic, and the lack of businesses it causes, Biomimetic Technology Ltd - the UK R&D chemical laboratory company requires a capital injection to keep the business up-and-running.
    In an effort to raise working capital, the Board of Directors have developed a business solution that should be appealing to potential stakeholders of the MHE®FF resp. MHE®PFF fire fighting products.

    As mentioned under "Option 1." above under paragraph 1-3

    5.) After selling, the owner of Yaaparra Ltd is able to use the tax deduction of £ 263,439 GBP from HMRC - HM Revenue & Customs.

    Then, the Yaaparra Ltd owner, only has paid (£ 300,000 - £ 263,439) = £ 36,561 GBP ($ 45,100 USD)(€ 42,000 Euro), to become the owner of the cost-efficient, non-toxic, eco-friendly, in nature biodegradable chemical products, aimed for fire fighting of wild forest fires.
    Products that don’t pollute ground water and soil etc., saving lives and property.

    Biomimetic believes, it’s a really fair "win-win" business offer.
    The potential buyer gets the technology know-how product development and IP (granted patents), concerning the non-toxic chemical compositions, developed during the last 10-15 years, is offered for less than half a year chemical laboratory employee cost.
    It must be a real good business opportunity for any company involved in fire fighting materials.

    Trulstech Group, in business co-operation with JL Kemi AB, have the pleasure to announce the product development of a special modified cellulose technology.
    The special modified cellulose product technology is based on recycling of waste materials from the plant kingdom.
    Instead of burning the waste materials adding CO2 to the environment, cellulose is brought and modified to meet different product applications, both as chemical additives, as well as standalone cleaning products.

    Excellent results have been achieved. For example, products developed for

  • cleaning of heavy dirty industrial floors (motor oil; lubricant, grease) and painted surfaces - walls and ceilings.
  • detergents for textiles, fabrics etc.
  • car wash and surface protection top coating layer.
  • Impregnation of natural fibre materials - paper, wood, jute, hemp, cotton - to withstand fire attacks.
    It even proves to withstand mould, fungus and rot attacks.
  • Impregnation of food packages made of natural fibre materials to withstand thermal heat energy from microwave oven (900W/2 min) or convection oven (+200'C/20 min),
    including capability being stored in freezer or refrigerator, are another successful product application of the special modified cellulose developed.

  • MHE® R&D Chemical Laboratory in Finland closed down.

    Biomimetic Technology Ltd has closed down the MHE® R&D Chemical Laboratory in Finland.
    The MHE® product market concern synthetic materials, only.

    Bio-Eco Products concern a broader range of product applications, easier to apply by spray-on liquids.
    Hereby Biomimetic is able to offer toxic-free and eco-friendly products for treatment of both synthetic and natural fibre materials.
    Europe seems to be the only territory where toxic-free and eco-friendly in nature biodegradable chemical products are on the agenda.
    Furthermore, the fact that Bio-Eco Products are recycled of waste materials from the plant kingdom reducing the CO2 impact in the environment is really up-to-date in Europe.

  • The MHE® chemical composition - MHE® 41200 - has been developed specially aimed for Cellulose Wool.

    MHE® 41200 meets the fire safety demands regarding flame retardant functionality with focus on the most difficult challenge to stop glowfire to occur in cellulose wool at decomposition due to fire.
    The target has been to develop a cost-effective, toxic-free and eco-friendly product to become a good alternative to replace the cheap but most harmful and frequently used Borax flame retardant applied on cellulose wool.
    The bulk price in combination with the all over production cost doesn't differ too much between MHE® and Borax.
    But still, it is up to the flame retardant business market to tell if MHE® 41200 might be what they are looking for to get a natural non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to existing harmful and frequently applied Borax on cellulose wool.

  • MHE® treated PU-foam

    MHE® treated PU-foam is one of the latest product applications that has been successfully repeated several times at the R&D laboratory in Finland.
    MHE® 11211 is added to mono-propylene-glycol before ICN is added to start the chemical reaction to get PU-foam.
